Middle School Golf Having Fun

     The East Wake Academy Middle School golf team “exceled”  through the season with a 2-3 record as of April 21, said 8th grader Kody Egan.  “We’ve had a great season with great teamwork so far, he added. 

     This season, Kody said he has worked with his team to improve by “critiquing others” and helping them “fix” what needs to be fixed.”

     Kody says his favorite match so far is the match where they played at Pascal Golf Course in Wake Forest because it was “very fun to play and we got to even mess around a little.”

     Watching his teammate Hayes Husted “slice the ball to the right” was one of  Kody’s favorite moments. “It was a very cool thing to see,” he added.
